We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic for mountaineering or skiing, with cable cars nearby. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including free parking. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly warm and kind.

Had an amazing new year experience at a cozy and inviting place. The hearty and ample breakfast with freshly boiled eggs and hot chocolate was a great start to the day of skiing. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both town and ski lift. The Premium Card offered many enjoyable activities for free or at discounted rates. Loved the sauna and infrared cabin for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

The room was a bit small for three people, but manageable with some rearranging. The smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable, but unfortunately, is common in the area.

Gasteheim Prantl in this charming mountain town has exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is superb, with the hotel situated near the center of town as well as being in a very nice area for mountaineering in the summer or skiing in winter. The staff here are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and definitely set me up for a day of exploring.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic. Situated in a beautiful area, it was perfect for both summer mountaineering and winter skiing with its close proximity to the cable car and the town center for shopping. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. Not to mention the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.

Delicious breakfast, cozy room with great views, and convenient location. the breakfast buffet had all the classics and more, with a huge coffee machine that made the perfect cup. the room was beautifully furnished, the balcony offered stunning views, and it was always kept clean. Best of all was the location, only a short walk away from the main attractions.

A bit cramped and noisy. the room was a bit tight, which made getting around a bit difficult.

It is located in a beautiful area for mountaineering and skiing. it's only a few minutes' walk from the shopping district and the cable car. the rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet is rich and has many options. A Premium Ötztal Card is also offered for free. Kids would love the trampoline and mini football game in the garden.

There is a per MB charge for WiFi, which may bother travelers who need to work.
